Last updated July 13, 2026. This policy covers the ByClaw website, limited-preview desktop and mobile clients, and related cloud services.

ByClaw is operated by gradievo holding limited, registered in Singapore. For support, privacy, or account requests during the limited preview, email alpcppaul@gmail.com.
Information handled
ByClaw may process account identifiers, messages and prompts, files you choose to provide, tool inputs and outputs, workspace records, device and client details, service metadata, security events, and local application data needed to provide the features you request.
Google Sign-In
When available, Google Sign-In will request only openid, email, and profile. ByClaw will use the resulting stable account identifier, verified email status, email address, and display name to authenticate and display your account. It will not request Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or other Google product data, and it will not keep Google access or refresh tokens for ongoing access to Google services.
Use and sharing
Information is used to provide accounts, sessions, workspaces, remote access, support, diagnostics, security, and requested product features. Content is sent to the AI or compatible model endpoint selected for a task when that provider is invoked. Service providers may process information only as needed to operate those features. ByClaw does not sell personal information or share Google identity data for advertising.
Diagnostics
Preview diagnostics may include request metadata, normalized error details, and correlation identifiers. The production candidate is configured not to retain prompts, model responses, tool values, authentication secrets, or provider error bodies in diagnostic records. Earlier internal testing records and backups remain subject to review and cleanup before general availability.
Retention, security, and deletion
Information is kept while needed to provide and protect the service, resolve issues, or meet legal obligations. Transport encryption and access controls are used, but no system is absolutely secure. During the limited preview, contact us to request access, correction, or deletion; a fully verified automated deletion process across every supporting service is not yet generally available.
