ByClaw Support

For help with your ByClaw account, the apps, or connected computers, email alpcppaul@gmail.com with your account email, device, app version, and what happened.

Account and sign-in

To create an account with email and password, enter your invitation code on the sign-up screen and accept the Terms. For now, Apple or Google sign-up is available only to invited accounts.

Installing the apps

Mac and Android downloads are on the ByClaw home page. On iPhone and iPad, ByClaw is available through the TestFlight preview.

Deleting your account

In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email alpcppaul@gmail.com from your account email address.
