ByClaw Private Preview Terms of Service
Last updated July 13, 2026. ByClaw is operated by gradievo holding limited, registered in Singapore. ByClaw is not yet generally available; preview access may be invitation-only and features may be incomplete.
The Service
ByClaw provides interfaces for AI-assisted tasks, supported computer environments, remote visibility and control, and related account and workspace features. Preview features may be experimental, differ by platform, and change over time.
Accounts and Google Sign-In
You must be legally able to accept these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your devices and sign-in methods secure. When available, Google Sign-In will supply an authentication signal; Google does not operate or endorse ByClaw.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to break the law, harm or surveil others without authorization, distribute malware, obtain unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, bypass safety or usage limits, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
Your content and output
You retain rights in content you submit and give ByClaw the limited permission needed to operate requested features. AI output and automated computer actions can be incomplete, incorrect, or unexpected. Review important results and maintain human oversight.
Third parties and availability
Third-party terms apply to Google Sign-In, model providers, remote systems, and other connected services. Preview features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary. Commercial and general-availability terms will be provided separately if and when they apply.
