ByClaw Terms of Service
Last updated September 29, 2026. These Terms are an agreement between you and Chaoqun Wang (王超群), an individual developer who operates ByClaw.
Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA and UK). Creating an account with email and password requires an invitation code; for now, Apple or Google sign-up is available only to invited accounts. For email-and-password sign-up, we record the version of these Terms you accepted. You are responsible for activity under your account. The Prod preview service is deployed with enforced preview admission. Google endpoints are configured in ST and Prod for desktop, Android, and iOS. Google consent remains in Testing, and the OAuth consent configuration has not been published to Production.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, access or control computers or accounts you are not authorised to use, distribute malware or spam, harm others, or interfere with or bypass the limits or security of the Service.
Content and AI output
You keep ownership of your content and give us a limited licence to process it to run the Service, including sending it to AI model providers. AI output and automated computer actions can be wrong; review results and keep human oversight. You are responsible for actions you instruct AI teammates to take.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is; our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD 100. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes go to the courts of Singapore.
